When there’s space there’s more room for storage but at the point when there’s no space then there is an absolute necessity to plan storage smartly. 2. Make a closet where there is none: If you have no space left for the closet and if you think that adding a closet to your bedroom will make it more disorganized and congested. This problem can be solved by turning nothing into something which means transforming a wall of your bedroom into your very own boutique styled wardrobe which includes hanging rods, shelves and drawers. And to prevent it from getting in plain view constantly, introduce a curtain in the front.

3. Organize your drawers and dressers: Drawer dividers come as a boon when it comes to organizing stuff in less amount of space. It also makes you aware of those little spaces than can be used to fit in your tiny accessories. Sit, decide and divide your storage according to size, weather and pack out the outdated season wear.

4. Use multifunctional furniture: Use the furniture that comes with multiple features and can be utilized when in need. This way it will take up less storage and the work will also be served. Instead of a simple sofa use a bed cum sofa which can turn into a bed as well, instead of a table use small storage cabinets, use wall cabinets instead of shelves and foldable dining tables.

5. Hide your trash bin: There’s trash and waste in everybody’s house and we all have to put it somewhere. And a trash bin will take up even a least amount of space say a square foot. You can even hide your trash bin by putting it in a tilting cabinet with a door. Open the drawer when you want to put the trash and then close it. This will also keep your trash bin out of everybody’s sight and will give a look of a nightstand, or makeup counter.

6. Build shelves on the sides of your bedroom walls and ceilings: When you are looking for some unused space to keep your stuff then there’s nothing better than the 12 inches of your wall below your ceiling. Use them as a storage area by building shelves along the perimeter of your bedroom walls.
